  1.  How much does it cost to ship my wine?
    Riffelhof Vineyards ships by GSO (Golden State Overnight) to California only.  See shipping cost rates, click here (PDF).
  2. Can I use my own shipping service?
    Yes.  When ordering, select pickup.  Then in the comment section type “Call me for shipping account information.”
  3. Do you host wine tasting at your winery?
    Yes, by appointment only. Call 559 640-7477
  4. How do I arrange to pick up my order for free?
    1. At checkout, in the ORDER NOTE Field, give us date and time you would like to pick up your order.
    2. SELECT Local Pickup under shipping options.
    3. We will contact you to verify your pickup time.
  5. What are your coupon codes?
    1. “welcome”
      15% off your first bottle of wine.
    2. “case”
      20% off 12 bottles or more.

      We create certain coupons codes for special events or seasonal sales. Contact us for more information.
  6. How do I unsubscribe from the Wine Club?
    Log into your account on the website. Click Here.  This is to ensure you are logged in.  Using the menu bar, click on Wine Club, and select Cancel, or Click Here. Click on the Cancel button. Confirm your choice on the next screen.
  7. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
    On the newsletter e-mail you received, scroll to the bottom and select unsubscribe from this list.  See picture on the left.This link will take you to MailChimp where you will be guided through the unsubscribe process.
