This Vintner Select Pack presents three full-bodied red varietals famous in the Rhone Valley in France. These three pair best with meals that present the heavier cuts of meat, e.g. beef and pork, as well as wild game.
Cabernet Franc adds its complexity to any grilled steak or pork ribs. Zinfandel presents many different fruit aromas and tastes. Each year being different enough that we leave it up to the drinker to experience.
Cabernet Sauvignon can vary from year to year as well. Our Cab is generally fruit forward. As the fruit tastes and aromas can cause the perception of sugars, we occasionally produce what our experts refer to as "Candy Cab"! -- a great sipping wine by itself.
